As directed by federal court in the Katie A. matter:

1. DSS, DHCS, and the California Department of Mental Health (CDMH) shall post copies of the full Settlement Agreement, proposed Stipulated Judgment, and notice and accompanying attachments in English and Spanish on their respective websites;


2. CDMH shall distribute the notice and entire Settlement Agreement (or a link to them) to the counties with a request that the notice and entire Settlement be posted in prominent locations in county offices providing mental health services to children and youth;


3. CDMH shall send the notice to United Advocates for Children and Families (UACF), which will e-mail copies of the notice to 1500 family members, youth and child serving agencies that belong or are affiliated with UACF:
