Training for the May 2008 Consumer Perception Survey process will take place on Wednesday, April 30th, 2008 and Thursday, May 1st, 2008.  There have been upgrades to the technology used in the surveys and this training will explain those changes.   To be fully informed of those changes,  we recommend all county users attend this training.   

This training will be via conference call and will take approximately 2 hours.  There will be two sessions each day: Morning sessions begin at 9:30 a.m. and afternoon sessions begin at 1:30 p.m. for both days. Choose the one session that best fits your schedule.  To sign up for a training session, please send an email to POQI Support at POQI.Support@dmh.ca.gov indicating your name, telephone number, and the day and session you plan to attend.
