EXPLANATION OF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TWO SETS OF DOCUMENTS
As a result of extensive public comment, it was determined that the best course of action would be to adopt new permanent regulations. Therefore, the Department of Mental Health is re-issuing the Notice of Proposal to Adopt Permanent Regulations.
The emergency regulations identified in “Previous Rulemaking Documents” are in effect until June 17, 2006. The permanent regulations identified in “New Rulemaking Documents” are effective on June 18, 2006.
